Troubleshooting Sales Organization's Inability to Schedule Appointments

Error is populating and "Schedule Appointments" is not working with one of the sales organizations. The first step is to check for "Appointment Types" on the Sales Organization's Company Settings.

  1. Click on the blue "Edit Settings" button under Company Settings /span>

  2. Click on Appointment Types /span>

  3. Company admins can add new types of appointments, edit appointment types, and delete already added appointment types /span>

Appointment Types are set up for the EPC but do not transfer to a Sales Organization. The Sales Organization's Company Admin with Super Admin permissions has to create them.

If the Sales Organization has a Solar Consultation Appointment Type set up correctly, then continue troubleshooting. If they do not have one set up, then support can assist to resolve this concern.
