LightReach Finance Options "There was an error fetching the available options"

There are two errors that a user may see that results in no LightReach products showing:

"There was an error fetching the available options"
"No products are available for this financing method. Please try a different on one or contact your Enerflo Admin"

First, check to make sure that the LightReach Options are showing as available in V2 /span>

Second, Make sure that the consumption profile has a utility selected in V2

Third, Check to see if the design doesn't have a consumption profile attached, even when it is a solo design. If it is solo then click the 3 dots on the design card and select "Change Consumption Profile"

Make sure a consumption profile is selected and if not then have the partner add one (Default is fine) and then the error will go away.

Fourth, Make sure that the utility works with the Utility. Note, LightReach had mentioned that some products are selectively not made available for specific partners, so even though the product is on this list may not necessarily mean that the partner has access to it.

If LightReach does not work with the utility can cause this error below.

Fifth, check that the offset is not low. When it is low, it will cause the LightReach products to not populate on the dropdown. To adjust the offset, the rep will need to submit a revision request to their design team or adjust the design themselves if using a third party design tool like Aurora, EverBright, etcs

Check that the 1st Year Production / System size (aka Production Factor) will meet the requirements as noted in this link provided by LightReach: https://help.palmetto.finance/en/articles/8500574-active-utilities
If this factor is below threshold, this will also cause an error in trying to get available products. There is already a ticket made to make sure that this error message is properly shown to the user.

There may also be specific production requirements for each state.

Texas- Production needs to be 800 X System Size.
Illinois- First year production 10,000 seems to be the lowest LR will allow.
