If a rep or company admin gets this error on a V2 deal, this is due to the lead no longer existing in Legacy (V1). To verify this, click the lead name in the Enerflo deal in V2, if you get a "we can't find what you are looking for, Customer not found" message, that means the lead for the V2 deal has been deleted.
The lead will need to be remade and another deal will need to be made.
If clicking into it takes you to the lead, you will need to chat in with Enerflo support who will create a ticket to re-map the lead to V2.
