If a user is getting the error "You do not have the correct permissions" when trying to add a new task within the install tracker

A company admin will need to click Sales Company > Company Users > and then search for the name of the user who cannot create tasks. Then, click Edit next to their name. Scroll down to the operation user settings section, and make sure the add/edit/view tasks box is selected.

If it is selected and they still cannot create tasks, there is a way to fix this. Add the Regional Manager role and check this box "User can view all deals (both internal and sales org deals) that shows under regional manager settings. Once you do this, the user will be able to add tasks
