If you are trying to create a deal and get an error that says "We can't find what you are looking for Deal sync error: DealTemplateVersion not found" there are a few things to check.

First, check that you have the sales org added as an Authorized Dealer in V2 by going to Settings>Installer>Authorized Dealers? If not, see this card: Adding Authorized Dealers in v2

If the sales org is added as an authorized dealer, make sure your deal template enabled. Click Settings>Installer>Authorized Dealers and click on the sales org that is getting the error. Scroll to the bottom of their settings and make sure they have the appropriate deal templates enabled.

Once the deal template has been enabled in V2, click "Home" to go back to V1. Click into the EPC menu and then click "Sales orgs." Click into the settings of the sales org in question and verify that the deal template has also been enabled in the V1 settings.

If the authorized dealer has a the deal template enabled, check that the address is within the installer market. Check this by clicking Settings>Installer>Installer Markets
