First check what lending options are available through the EPC by cloaking into the partner's account > EPC > settings > finance options

You can see here the partner does have lenders available.
Next check the lending settings for the Sales Company. (Ex: Vantage Point Solar) Cloaked into partner account > sales company > lenders

Vantage Point Solar does force training for the sales reps to be able to use lending options.

Next check the sales rep to see if the finance options are enabled in their settings. Cloaked into partner > sales company > company users > search rep's name > edit

Once we are in the rep's profile the Active Lenders settings can be checked. This specific rep does not have any lending options "enabled" to use. The company admin for the partner will need to verify the training has been completed and enable these for the rep.
