Auto-Scheduler : "No appointments Found"

When a user is using the auto-scheduler to schedule an appt and gets the error "No appointments found. Please check your appointment type settings to ensure there is a time window", it is most likely that the user trying to schedule the appt is not in the same office the lead is assigned to. To fix this error, do the following:

To fix a "no appointments found" error, do the following:

  1. Go to Sales Company > settings > company settings > appointment types.

  2. Search the appt name and click on the blue pencil to edit the appt.

  3. Find the setting "DO NOT require the users to be in the SAME office as the customer? " and check the box next to it and hit save. This will allow users that are in different offices to still be able to schedule an appt using the auto-scheduler.

  1. Go back to the lead page and try to schedule an appt this time and you should see the openings available.

Notes:

If you still keep getting the same error, check the appt length. Reps often get this error when the default appt length is 1.5 hr, 2 hrs and the reps do not have an opening on their calendar.

Also, check if there are several users assigned to the appointment type. It is possible that there are not enough users assigned to this appt type and that the few that are assigned are already fully booked.
