This error can be caused by errors in the email address, name or connection with v2. If the email and name are correct, you will need to run through the set up guru card here, and make sure all connections and plug ins are set. Once you are finished and they are set, you will need to remake the deal.
This error may be due to the lead not having an EPC in their market or the deal type they used is not the EPC that can be installed in their area. Check the install market to make sure that the EPC on the deal type is available in their area. /span>/span>
Make sure to look at the user's email in V2 because they may have another email in V2 than V1. Correct the email in V2 to get this error to go away. /span>
