If you see an "Uh oh. That was a bad request!" error "we can't find what you're looking for" error when trying to access a deal, the deal type is not ready to be used OR the lead address is not within the installers market. If the deal type is supposed to be ready to use, make sure the deal type is turned on for the authorized dealer in V1>EPC>Sales Org>Settings (deal template box checked). V2>Settings>Installer>Authorized Dealer> Search org and make sure deal the correct deal templates are enabled. This error can also be due to the lead address not being entered correctly or in full on the lead page, or the zip code is out of install market. Check the installers market using the market tester feature .
