Look in V2 to see if LightReach Finance Products are active in V2 for the EPC. Settings > Pricing > Finance Options /span>
If the products are active (reference image above) and showing then please check to make sure that the utility selected within the consumption profile is one that LightReach utilizes. If selecting a new Utility and the LightReach products populate then that means that the Utility previously selected is not one that LightReach works with and the user will have to choose another lending option. /span>/span>
