V2 requires a design to be approved before a proposal can be created. However, there is a setting that allows the EPC to auto approve designs upon submission in V2.

To turn this setting on, click Settings> Deal > Deal Templates

Click into the deal that you would like to auto approve designs for.

On the left hand side, click Design Requests, and then click Manage plugin settings.

The setting to auto approve on submission is located at the bottom of the settings and can be enabled/disabled by the partner.
