If you check the design request section, and there is an installer selected for the deal, then this error will most likely happen when the external sales org has been disconnected from the EPC.

First, if there's not an installer showing in the installer dropdown and you are not sure who the installer is, you can find that out by going to the audit survey.

After this, go to Enerflo Admin > Companies and search for the installer. Click "View" and go to "Relationships." Check that the external sales org is connected to the installer. For this example, the external sales org is Kin Home, so I checked that Kin Home is connected to Vyvue (the installer for this deal) and it was not so the error below was populating whenever the rep tried to access the agreement.

Note: Even though the deal had already been signed and pushed to the install tracker, the project had still not been completed in the install tracker and Vyvue needed to access the contract.

Possible Solution:

  • If the sales org has already been disconnected, as a workaround, they can connect the sales org back to the installer so the installer still has access to the contracts but they need to ensure that there are not any deal types available to the sales org so reps are not able to create new deals with that installer.

To connect a sales org to an EPC, log into the EPC and go to EPC > sales organizations > connect Org and select the org you want to connect in the dropdown. Once connected, search for the sales org and click "settings" and disable all deal types and hit save.

Once all projects with that sales org have been completed, the EPC can remove the sales org from their list by going to EPC> sales organizations > search for the sales org and click the trash can.
