If a something's not right error is happening when trying to view a customer's proposal, check the design section. If yes is selected for "Do you know all 12 months?", a number MUST be entered in for every single month. These values CANNOT be zero.
/span>
If yes is selected for do you know any month, make sure that the monthly consumption in the design data matches the value entered in the pre-design questionnaire. All others can be 0.
If yes is selected in the previous question, check the solar design questionnaire and make sure that the monthly consumption breakdown has a number in each space. If any month shows a value of zero, delete the zero and enter in a 5.
/span>
Another item to check is the Array name. If the array name is set to a number, put "Array" in front of that number, save the section, and see if it will load.
/span>
If the question says "Array 1," try removing the word "array," saving, and seeing if the proposal will load.
/span>
Sometimes the design team will name arrays North, South, East or West instead of using numbers. If they are named this way, take the number off after the array name.

If it is a Solo proposal...
Go directly into Solo to view the proposal and verify a design has been created.
/span>
If so, make sure in the customer's Enerflo account that you select "no" on this survey question.

You can also select and unselect the "Toggle Autosave" button.
