If the rep has not input an email for the customer, when using the Sighten deal type, the "Sighten Project Creation" section will show this error when trying to submit.

By adding an email address for the customer, it will fix this issue and allow the request to be submitted.

If this error is populating: /span>
That means most likely that the rep chatting in is using their own email and that will not work. Please assist them in adding the correct customer email. The error will then disappear.
If the following error (Error code: af8ecb6eb1024c2f9b585fe0f0922) is populating it may be due to there being a duplicate email address within Everbright/Sighten. It will not work with a duplicate email address and so the rep will need to delete this within Sighten to then move forward. /span>
Design Portal Not Populating Everbright Design Portal
If the design portal is populating the incorrect design team: /span>
Go to the design survey questions and click "Continue" if it populates an error code like* the following move on to step 2. /span>/span> *These errors may not be identical but still move on to step 2 if it looks like these errors above
The way to fix this is to have the partner:
Delete the lead in Sighten
Then press continue again on the design request
This may take a few minutes to allow Enerflo to load the Everbright Design Portal.
If this error persists:

Delete the lead in Enerflo and start over.
This will fix the design portal to populate with Everbright as shown below:
