Tasks and Notes in the Lead Summary Page
Users can add tasks and notes in the Lead Summary Page. While the notes section is simply a box where they can add notes for themselves, tasks can be assigned to a user and the assigned users will get an email or SMS notification that they have been assigned to a task (if notifications settings are ON). Users can also set up a due date and due time and notify other users when a task has been completed.

Notes in the Install Tracker
Once the lead has a signed deal and an active install, users can also add notes in the install tracker for each milestone. (See screenshot below). Notes in the install tracker can be visible to customers if the "Customer Facing box" is checked so if users want to keep these notes internally, they need to make sure that box is not checked.
