A sales rep may get this error when trying to open a Sunnova Proposal. /span>
Check the sales rep's user profile to see if the Sunnova field is filled in /span>
If the field is blank, add the email that they use to login to Sunnova with and save.
If there is a username or email already in that field, verify with the rep that the email is correct and update if needed. If the email is correct and you are still getting the error, remove the email and save.
When trying to view the proposal after saving, you might see this screen. Stay on the screen and the quote will build and eventually load.
