When a Rep chats in and questions why the Production vs. Consumption Bar Graph is not matching the new numbers entered in the initial questionnaire page in Enerflo this is how it can be resolved. **Note: by floating the cursor over each bar on the graph it will show the usage for that month.

First thing to understand is that the Production vs. Consumption bar graph in the Optimus proposal pulls it's numbers from the System Design/Solar pricing page and not from the Design Request questionnaire. This is important to know because a Sales Rep will make changes to the consumption/usage and those changes will not reflect on the proposal page. The changes need to also be made in the System design and pricing page that a Company Admin and designers can adjust. To adjust the numbers to match those in the design request go into the Solar Pricing page. **Note: These pages are called slightly different things per company preferences. /span>

Find the section that shows the Monthly Consumption Breakdown or Usage. This section can be adjusted by a Company Admin or the design team. Support specialist have the ability to do this for the SPS design team designs. These cannot be adjusted by support for Solo or Helioquote. A revision request with the new numbers will need to be sent to the design team for them to adjust. /span>

Save the changes made by hitting Continue at the bottom of the page and then reset the proposal by going to the Payment Terms page in the proposal and hitting the Reset button. This will update the new usage numbers./span>
