When trying to open a Sunnova deal type proposal, the following error pops up:

Check the audit survey to see if the lender option chosen in the design request questionnaire is still available. If it isn't, it will show a "Lender rate not available" error. /span>

Switch the lender option in the design request questionnaire to an available option (Cash was not available for this deal type, so switching to a higher loan rate guaranteed it was still available) and click save.

The proposal may take a while to load and a screen will appear saying "Please wait...this page will update automatically." After a few minutes, the proposal will automatically load.
