1) Standard Solar → The loan can include Home improvement items (ex. Pool pump, reroof) with some limitations. The majority of the loan amount needs to be specific to the solar system with only 105-15% being home improvement (depending on PPW). HVAC cannot be apart of the Standard Solar loan. Home improvement products do not qualify for the Federal tax Credit

2) SolarPlusITC → Similar to the Standard solar loan. This loan allows for non-solar products to be included in the loan amount including HVAC. The % of the loan that is home improvement does NOT qualify for the federal tax credit.

3) Battery Only → loan product that can be used for battery costs only.
