First, check that the utility number entered on the Utility Documents portion of the deal survey matches the utility number on the customer's utility bill and what is listed on the agreement (if available).
If there is a signed agreement and the utility numbers on the agreement and the utility documents survey do not match the agreement will need to be voided to correctly update the utility number.
If they do match, check the utility and utility provider portion of the survey and make sure they match. The deal will not submit if two different providers are listed.
