A sales rep cannot submit a Sunnova design and gets the error

The Sunnova lead can't be created: "JWTAuthorization token error: Invalid user"

Check the Sales Rep's profile sometimes an invalid username will be in the "What is the username you use to login to your Sunnova account? field. /span>

Remove this username and update profile

Now the design request should submit successfully

Have the rep/designer verify which email the rep has in Sunnova so we can update it to the correct email address.
