If a rep chats in with this error "There was an error from Solo. Error from Solo: This is a duplicate customer in Solo. Please check your information and try again."

Make sure they uploaded the correct file type when uploading the utility bill. Solo only accepts JPG or PDF files. IT WILL NOT ACCEPT .heic files and will cause this error.

Remove the files and re-upload using the correct file type.
Click submit and the design request will go through.
If customer is still getting this error with a jpeg file, have them try again using a PDF file.
