Design Request Emails

This has a text box that a company admin can input a comma separated list of emails. These emails will get a notification any time a new design request has been submitted through a survey.

This has a text box that a company admin can input a comma separated list of phone numbers. These numbers will get a notification any time a new design request has been submitted through a survey.

Agreement Review Emails

This has a text box that a company admin can input a comma separated list of emails. These emails will get a notification any time a new agreement has been submitted through a survey and is ready to be reviewed.

This has a text box that a company admin can input a comma separated list of emails. These emails (typically company ops) will get a notification any time a new agreement has been approved through a survey and is ready to move forward to the next steps.

Agreements: Create install records and send to customer

/span>

T​his step determines how the approval process will occur. Whatever is selected is the trigger for creating an install record in EPC as well as pushing data to the CRM.

T​he install will be created, synced with the CRM and customer will receive a copy after this stage is met.

-​ When signed by the customer, the EPC record is created and all data will be pushed to the CRM

-​When "Approved by Admin" is selected, it prevents anything from occurring until its been approved by an admin.

-​When "Processed by Admin" is selected, it prevents anything from occurring until its been approved by an ops team member.

Send SMS when Design is uploaded

A notification will be sent to the administrator when a design has been uploaded, in addition to sales rep.

T​his setting isn't commonly used among clients.

Proposals: Saving graph length

T​his will show the number of years that a savings graph will show on a proposal. The default is 30 years.

Avg Panel Degradation

/span>

The average YEARLY panel degradation that should be in the savings graphs. The higher percentage of degradation, the less production and the lower the savings each year. Default (0.86)

Proposals: Add dealer fee to base price?

If selected, the dealer fee for the initial selected loan will be added to the price.

I​t will automatically add the dealer fee based on the selection of the first loan.

Default - Yes.

Proposals: Add dealer fee to adders?

If selected, the dealer fee will be added automatically to all adder cost.

Proposals: Add dealer fee to custom products?

If selected, the dealer fee will be added automatically to custom products.

Proposals: Allow Price Increase

If selected the sales rep can increase the price on the proposal.

Default - Yes

Proposals: Hide adder pricing from customer?

If selected the customer will not see pricing for included products.

Default - No.

Proposals: Allow gross cost override?

If selected user will be able to override the final system cost.

Default - No.

Proposals: Recalculate starting base ppw if gross override is used?

If gross overrides is on, only users of the defined roll and anything above them, can see it.

Proposals: Lock with lender approval

T​his prevents the potential to need another lender approval.

Proposals: Cash Discount

If pricing starts with fees included, what cash discount will you offer?

A​ discount for the use of cash.

Default - blank.

Proposals: Default rate increase

The default rate increase if it's unspecified as part of the deal or utility.

This is set at a default rate for for lenders compliance.

Contracts: Hide Processed Button

If selected, the "processed" button will be removed from the install contracts view.

Default - No

Contracts: Force customer data to match loan app

Customer info on the agreement will auto-match to the approved loan app

O​nce a loan is approved, there will be no ability to go in and change a contract if this is on. This forces the docs to match the loan application exactly. This is used for customers who use lenders with very strict rules

Contracts: Add a notes box in the edit screen

Allow reps to add notes to the agreement before sending to signature

T​his allows people to add notes right before contract signing rather than in the survey.

Select this if you have multiple contract versions by language

You can also edit the language preferences for customers by changing the language preferences where you edit lead details on the deal.

Settings: Price Per Watt

This box is for entry of the starting price per watt. This pricing may come with additional products or modifications by the sales rep.

Default - $3.00

Proposals: Add dealer fees when changing rates?

If this box is selected, dealer fees will change the system cost on the proposal as they change.

This change will be on the finance pricing page. When changing loan options this will recalculate the chosen lender fee.

Proposals Available rebates

T​his card covers the steps for turning a rebate on or off for a Partner.

  1. Navigate to the Enerflo Admin user account for the Partner you'd like to change the rebate for./span>

  1. L​og in as the Enerflo Admin using the key from the previous screenshot.

  1. N​avigate to EPC > Settings under the top bar

  1. S​croll down to Proposals: Available Rebates

  1. F​ind the rebate you'd like to enable or disable for the Partner

  2. P​ress 'Cntrl' and click the rebate

  3. O​nce you have all the rebates selected or deselected, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click 'Save Settings' to save your changes

I​f you're enabling a rebate, and don't see the rebate you'd like to enable, it may need to be added first within Enerflo.
