Troubleshooting Aurora Not Sycning with Enerflo: Add Access Token from Freedom in User Profile

If the following errors are populating after trying to push a deal through Enerflo to Aurora there is a workaround to get past this error:

The first red flag should be that Aurora is populating a Solo error code. These are two different design companies and solo should not be populating for Aurora.

  1. Click on the three lines in the top right hand corner and click "Edit My Profile"./span>

  2. Click the blue button "Connect to Freedom Forever Portal".

  1. Rep may need to login to Freedom Forever or it will automatically update and take them back to their settings page and show this below:

  1. The browser will need to be refreshed and then the deal will need to be tried again. This should fix the issue.

If an error populates stating, "Add Access Token from Freedom in Your User Profile Error" when creating a lead:

  1. Click the blue "connect to freedom portal" button and this error should disappear:
