If you have a rep chatting in with an error when submitting a design request for HelioQuote:

Helioquote responded with an error: "Validation error". validation.uuid

All escalated cases of this happening were Flagstaff, AZ customers. Update the zip code to 86001 and have the rep resubmit the design request. It should redirect to HelioQuote.

If the customer is not in Flagstaff AZ, verify the correct zip code for the city using Google and update it to the correct one. Have the rep resubmit the design request.

This is because there is no usage entered for either all 12 months or one month within the design survey questionnaire. There may be the annual entered but it needs to have all 12 months entered or 1 month has to have the usage number entered.

I did create a ticket to get this survey to allow 1 month to be selected and then the usage entered as well. But by entering all 12 months in from the utility bill that got rid of the error and the design request was able to be submitted to the design team.
