When a rep is not able to see options for the design survey question "Which lender is the customer using?" Follow the troubleshooting steps below: /span>
Check the EPC to see if they have enabled lender options: Admin>Users>Search Company>Cloak in> EPC>Settings>Finance Options/span>/span>/span>/span>
If the EPC has lender options available, then look up the customer (NOT cloaked in as the rep) to see if the lender options are populating: Admin>Leads>Search Customer name> Design Request /span>/span>
If the EPC and the customer show lender options go into the reps settings and see if there are finance options enabled for the rep: Admin>User>Search Rep's Name>View> Finance Options/span>/span>
If there are no lender options enabled for the rep then the rep will need to contact their manager or company admin to get them enabled before moving forward.
