When the following error populates trying to create a new lead there is a way to get past this. /span>
The lead information must all be filled out with a phone number AND email. The email can not be a duplicate so it is best to ask for the customer's email. It can be changed later if needed. /span>
If everything is filled out and an error is still populating check settings to see if the rep has access to create new leads: Admin>Users>Search User>View>Admin Settings . If the box is unselected next to "Can Create Leads" the rep will need to reach out to their company admin to get this changed.
