If an email needs to be updated and any changes made to the email on the customer page will not stay changed this is how to get this resolved:
If the customer applied for financing using the wrong email the rep will have to cancel the loan application through the lender and try again. Even if the email is directly updated with the lender, it will not update in Enerflo. The rep will need to call the lender and cancel the active loan and then cancel the loan app in Enerflo and re-apply using the correct email.
Also sometimes on the agreement page it does not allow you to update/change the email because there is a setting that forces the information in the agreement to match in the loan.
