If a customers deal type is not showing in the installers deal pipeline, make sure the customers proposal is finalized. The customer will not show under the installers deal pipeline until their proposal has been finalized. Once the proposal is finalized the audit survey will update with who the EPC is and push over to the installers pipeline. The system will not register who the installer is until the proposal is finalized with selected installer.
