If a rep reaches out for a customer saying that the Utility Payment is showing as a negative number within the proposal there is a way to troubleshoot this.

Suntuity can be notorious for leaving information out that is needed for the proposal. First things first, Check the first visit, design, and pricing sections of the survey questions. It will show a negative number within the proposal if some of those fields are not filled out correctly or are left blank.
For example if the average monthly utility bill is blank this will throw a negative number for the utility bill within the proposal:

After finding what is missing make sure to reach out to the rep and have them enter the information missing or have them reach out to the design team to have the missing information entered.
Once this is done the negative number will have been fixed.:

Solcius will show a negative utility number if anything is changed within the design request and not resynced to Aurora after the changes are saved. Once the design request is changed and then the lead is resynced to Aurora within the design portal the negative utility number will go away and a positive utility number will populate. /span>
