If a revision needs to be made on a proposal that was created in Solo, the rep will need to request that revision through Solo. This CANNOT be done within Enerflo.

Direct the sales rep to login to Solo and open the proposal. On the right hand side is the designer chat. The design team can be reached through this chat box.
