Solo Proposal Not Showing Latest Revision

The customer's Solo Proposal is not showing the latest revision and support does not have access to log into the company's parent Solo account. In this example Arrowhead Solar

In this scenario we need to know the customer's ID in Solo so it can be entered into Enerflo

This screen may show an error once saved /span>

Even with this error showing, move on to the next step and view the existing Solo Proposal /span>

Toggle Auto Save off and on 1-2 times and make sure it is left "On"

Check to make sure the payment screen shows the changes that should be reflected on the revised proposal /span>

If these numbers are correct proceed to the agreement page

/span>

Rebuild the agreement to make sure the numbers match the new proposal
