Sometimes a rep will chat in after getting an error, "Sorry, You Are Unauthorized. Unable to connect with Solo using the credentials given." when trying to view the proposal.

You can check the company settings: Solo

In this case, the Login email and Login password fields were not filled out. You can reach out to the company's PSM or integrations to have them input the correct login credentials.
