When a "Design Portal" button is not populating on a lead there is a workaround for this! /span>
Go into the deal and try to resave the Design Request Survey questions by clicking "Continue". /span>

If step one does not populate the design portal try it one more time and then go in to the Deal "Audit" and use the "Delete the Report" button. If not permitted to do so please escalate to SOS to have them "Delete the Report". /span>
If the above steps still do not work check the address and make sure there are no abbreviations. For example Daniel Rodriguez had "St" not "Street". /span>/span>
After one of these fixes above The Design Portal should populate and allow the design team to move forward!
