Editing the co-signer info on an agreement

To edit signer information or co-signer information go to the Agreement page. Click on Edit Signer Info.

This screen will appear. /span>

Click "Co-signer" to access a dropdown menu where the cosigner info can be added./span>

Add the cosigner info into this spot in full, and make sure the information matches the same information on the lead customer information page./span>

If primary signer information needs to be updated it can be done under the Primary Signer section.

Make sure to click "save changes" after updating any information in this section./span>

Once changes have been made, be sure to Rebuild the Agreement to pull into the Agreement any changes made. /span>

To check to see how many signers are on the Agreement click on "Sign In Person". If there is a co-signer then there will be two boxes, to ensure there is not a co-signer there will only show Primary Signer. /span>
