Can I Re-Assign the Sales Rep on a Deal?

Scenario 1 - If a Sales Rep is requesting to be assigned to a deal that is currently assigned to another Sales Rep, she/he will have to contact their Company Admin to get approval. We do not make assignment changes in this scenario.

Scenario 2 - If the user is assigned as the Sales Rep and Setter, she/he can request to have the Sales Rep re-assigned and he/she will remain the Setter. Inversely, they can request that another Setter be assigned and she/he remain as the Sales Rep. If someone else is assigned as the Setter already, we refer them to their Company Admin to make any Setter assignment adjustments.

To be able to make these changes, follow the steps below:

1 - Cloak in as the Enerflo Admin for the Company using the "+Company Name" in the Admin User Search.

2- Once logged in Click on " View Deals"

3- Search for the customer's name and click on "view"

4- Click on the customer's name on the top left corner. This will take you to the Customer's Information page.

5- Click on the "edit" button next to the sales rep's name to re assign the sales rep. Then click on the dropdown menu that is next to the setter to reassign the setter.

If there are scheduled appointments for the customer, be sure to check the box to also re-assign the appointments to the new Sales Rep.
