Proposal dropdown not showing available lending options

If a user chats in stating that not all available loan options are showing in the proposal dropdown, there are several things to check.

First, if the lending options not showing are for Lighreach, here are several guru cards that help specifically with Lightreach lending options not showing:

If the user reports that the available lending options shown is not the full list that should be showing, first check the installers finance settings to see if the loan the user is looking for is active.

/span>

Navigate to the installers finance settings by logging into their V2 instance and going to Settings > Pricing > Finance Options > then selecting the specific lender. This will show active lending options a company has for a specific lender. If the loan the user wants to use is showing as inactive, they need to reach out to a company admin to activate the loan for use. If the loan option they want to us IS active but is NOT showing on the drop down list, the next step is to check product targeting.

/span>

To navigate to Product Targeting, go to Settings > Pricing > Finance Product Targeting

This will show a list of Finance Product Targeting settings set up by the company. Check that there are no product targeting settings set up to restrict certain companies from certain products (due to location, price of install, etc.) as this may explain why the loan options are not showing in the proposal drop down. Additionally in the finance product settings, make sure there are NO DUPLICATE product targeting settings created as having duplicate settings will cancel out a loan product and make their options unavailable when they should not be.

If this still does not resolve the issue, escalate to T2 and list steps taken thus far to resolve.
