If an Enerflo user says they are unable to access the Learning Platform after they are logged in, this may be due to their account being associated with a fake email.
Example:
User Michael Maitre with Genesis Solar Power was unable to access the learning platform and would keep getting redirected to a log in screen. This is because Michael was using a fake email for his Genesis and not his real email. His real email was associated with an old account, Solar Powered on LLC. To fix this, go into the users old account and edit their real email to end with +inactive or +1, and add their real email into their new account settings. Then the user will be able to access the learning platform.
