If a company admin is trying to upload a file that includes company leads to https://enerflo.io/lead/import and the following error is populating Error ID: c5ace2e535c64521b52964eab8e0e770 (or the leads are not uploading into their lead list). Here is what the company admin can do to continue the upload.
Make sure the company admin is using a Chrome browser and has cleared cache and cookies.
Then have the company admin try to upload a sheet that only has 50 or less leads. There may be a limit on the number of leads that can be imported at once. Please note that the sheet needs to be uploaded as a CSV file or the leads will not sync into Enerflo.
After that make sure that all of the drop downs are being filled in below:/span>
If the company admin sends the file in Intercom and the file will not open please have the company admin email the file they are trying to upload to your work email. /span>
Once you have the file try uploading it. /span>
If the following error is populating open up the lead file and see if there is any information missing./span>/span>
ALL of the leads must have an email and phone number in order for the error to disappear and this upload to work!
