If a rep needs to contact the design team and their deal is in V2, here is how it can be done

From the deal page click on Design Requests and then the request that is in progress

The design request will pull up with the designer chat inside.

Design team chat is only available if the design is in progress. Once the design has been approved, a rep will no longer be able to access the design team chat and will need to open a new design request in order to make changes.
