A user may chat in stating that upon clicking any of the navigation links from the Quick Links Page the system redirects back to the same page.

Cloak in as the user and test the navigation links to see if the issue can be duplicated. If the links and navigation tabs are working properly this indicates the issues is the user's browser or device.

The user may need a browser update. If the browser is updated already the user should clear cache/cookies and log back in. The issue should now be resolved.
