Some survey questions will automatically push an adder into the system price. If the adder is not pulling into the deal, first check the product by cloaking into the company and selecting Sales company > Products. Find the adder and click the blue pencil to view it's details.

Check to make sure the slug is the same slug on the deal type that was used. In this case the slug is "epc_rooftop_type". Here you can see that the adder will only populate if the answer to the question is tile-roof.

Cloak out and go to the deal type builder by clicking Admin > Deal type builder.

Click edit on the survey that the question is under and then find the question and click the edit button as shown

The value shown is the name qualifier set up in product details. Here the value does not match the qualifier which is why it was not populating the adder.

Changing the name of the qualifier on the product to tile instead of tile-roof will get the adder to pull through. You may need to re-save the roof type for the deal to recognize the adder.
