Products may be added by chat support at the request of an authorized user, but please check with the company's PSM to make sure that it is fully set up correctly! Once the product is added to the company it needs to be added to the deal type and set up correctly as well.

Set up the product on their most commonly used deal type (or all of the deal types if they consistently use multiple) Adding a Deal Type Question

Once you add the question, it will automatically update on all deals using that deal type!

Cloak in as an Enerflo Admin into the company and look at Sales Company > Products. The product should be listed here once it has been added. Add in the price and check the dealer fees box if they want those fees applied to the product. Check to make sure the "active" button is also checked.

If the new product is priced per watt, make sure the ppw check box is enabled. /span>
