The zip code is in an active install area on the market tester for the EPC, but drop down list shows no installers found in this market.

First check the market tester to ensure the zip code is an area that they install.

/span>

Then go back to the customer information page and click on confirm location.

/span>

Adjust the pin slightly on the house by moving the map and then hit confirm location.

/span>

The drop down will now populate with the correct installer option.
