If appointments from Enerflo are not showing in user's Google Calendar
When a Google Calendar is synced - it will push Enerflo scheduled appointments to that synced calendar.
If the appointments in Enerflo stop syncing for a specific Appointment Type, go to Sales Company > Company Settings > Appointment Type > Edit for the Appointment Type > Tools and click to re-sync that specific Appointment Type.

Adding a Google Calendar into Enerflo
"To sync the Google calendar, access the User profile menu, click on the Edit My Profile link. About half way down the page, there will be a Manage Account Linking section where a blue Manage Calendars button is located for syncing Google calendars to Enerflo. Click on the Manage Calendar button and it is directed to a page where you will see the Google calendars to which the user has access.
To add the User's Google calendar to Enerflo, click the blue Add Account button at the top of the page. This will open an OAuth flow to enter the user Google credentials. There should now show a list of the google calendars. Select the proper calendar(s) for the appointment schedule and enter the credentials for each. A background process will run and populate the appointments from the Google calendar to the Enerflo calendar. This process may take a few moments to populate appointments to the Enerflo calendar. These appointments will only show up as "personal" in Enerflo.
When setting up a personal calendar, we advise only selecting the Google calendar(s) the user wants to determine availability. Any appointment on a user’s personal calendar will block out that time and the user will show as busy/unavailable for any other appointment. It is NOT recommended to select the calendars of other team members when setting up or syncing your personal calendar to My Schedule in Enerflo."
