A rep may chat in stating that there isn't a design in their proposal using the HelioQuote deal type. When they view the proposal, the design page is a gray square.

When you view the HelioQuote Design Complete set of questions you will see that it is listed as a Manual System Design and says "Filled in when HelioQuote is unable to finish the design."/span>

Check the company relationships to see who they are a sales team for. For example: The Rhyno Group is a sales team for Bright Solar. /span>

Check each companies' settings to make sure they have HelioQuote as a design tool turned on. You can see that Bright Solar has HelioQuote turned on as an option in their settings. /span>

When viewing The Rhyno Group's settings, the HelioQuote module is not assigned. /span>

If the module has been assigned and HelioQuote is showing up in the side bar, the first two options should be checked under HelioQuote Settings. If they are not, reach out to the company's PSM and they can turn these options on. /span>
