A Rep is getting an error as seen in image below OR they can't pull in the correct Solo proposal for the customer with multiple ID numbers.
/span>
**This step is for if a proposal is not showing: If sending the webhook didn't work and in Enerflo you click, "View Customer In Solo" button, you'll see a page that gives the ID of the customer we have currently mapped. In this case Solo Customer ID #2299275
/span>
This will be a different Customer ID than what is found in Solo by searching the name, making sure it's under the correct installer. Some reps have a deal under multiple installers and we need to clarify which ID number is the correct one they want pulled into Enerflo.
The issue is when clicking "Open in Solo" it won't work. This one probably got sent to a different installer or a different account originally. So now we need to unhook it and tie it to the right one.
In Enerflo, when looking at the design request in the customer survey, we will see that the rep put in a different Customer Solo ID, that isn't in the current Solo account.
/span>
This means that the rep is trying to link this to the wrong customer/or same customer but different customer ID in SOLO.
β**This step will be for both if a proposal is not showing OR rep needs to have a different customer ID mapped from SOLO.
In Enerflo click on "view customer in SOLO" then unhook the current mapped ID by clicking, "click here" as seen in screenshot below.
/span>
Then go back to the Enerflo design request in the survey and change the ID to the one that should be imported, in this case, Customer ID #1481183.
*β*Make sure it's the CUSTOMER ID being mapped and not the PROPOSAL ID, as many reps get the two confused.
If the proposal doesn't show immediately after refreshing, then go back in to re-trigger the Solo webhook and check to see if it's working.
