A rep comes into chat asking why he can't access his agreement in Enerflo, despite loan documents being signed. Enerflo pushes this to the Freedom Portal and the rep has to login to Freedom and sign the agreements there. No documents are signed in Enerflo.
There will be a notification similar to image below when Partner Support pulls up Agreement in Enerflo. This is not an error and the process was followed correctly.

This is how all Freedom deals show because we do not have their agreement since it is signed in Freedom. They have to view the agreement in the Freedom Portal.
Freedom updates their list of installs via an API hourly. So depending on when the last update was sent, it can take up to an hour for this to appear on the Installer Tracker. Install can take a couple of hours for Freedom update in Enerflo.
Note: Recently, Freedom has a long list of deals to process, so it can a full business day for a deal to be processed and show as signed in Enerflo and also to show under the sales rep's installs.
Screen will look like this below when Partner Support attempts to pull the agreement after it's been signed in the Freedom Portal.

When It has populated in the Install Tracker you will see it as "Agreement signed."
