When a Sales Org loses a Sales Rep and wants ALL the deals switched to another Sales Rep it can be done quickly by following these simple steps.

First ghost in as Company Admin. Go to the Sales Company, Company Users and type in the name of the Rep that needs to be changed. /span>

View the profile of the Rep that needs deals to be reassigned from and go to the section Roles and Permissions. Click on Remove and a drop down will appear of all the active Sales Reps in the Sales Org. /span>

The next screen that comes up will allow all deals belonging to that Sales Rep to be reassigned to another Sales Rep in the Sales Org. This is something that Company Admins have permissions to do on their own.
