After clicking on Apply Now on the Pricing Page, user see the "Somethings not right error" with an associated Error ID. For exaple: Error ID ad3eaa55ec6a4f99b77f4116f5272441

This means that the Lender Product ID for the loan option being used has changed. Currently, the work around is to delete the loan option under EPC Settings and add it back. Once added, the rep will need to reselect the option and Save.
If you see this happen for one loan product, it's likely that all the products for that EPC has changed. So best to just delete and re-add all of them to preemptively avoid additional errors.
As of 8/4/21 - Working with Mosaic to figure out the best way to handle when lender product ids change so this can be handled automatically.
